April 2: Drug Arrests: Jake N Mosburg 19 and Evan S Gray 19 were arrested for possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

April 1: Non Injury Accident report: K-State Police responded to a minor accident in the Jardine Housing area.
April 1: Battery Report: Chung Wang reported being battered by an unknown person(s) who threw sand at her from a vehicle. Wang was not injured.
April 1: Non Injury Accident: K-State Police responded to a parking lot accident with minor damage.
Rape Report: The K-State police received a report of a rape in the student housing. The victim is a 19 year old female and the suspect is an 18 year old male known to the victim. The rape occurred sometime in early March. The case is currently under investigation and no further information is available

March 31: Theft: The Mathematics Department reported a picture stolen. The loss is reported at $35.00
March 31: Theft: The Physics Department reported the theft of a laptop computer. Loss is reported at 1,812.

March 24: Criminal Damage to Property: Byran K Moten was issued a notice to appear for Criminal Damage to Property.
March 24: Theft/Criminal Deprivation of Property: Jessica R Smith was issued a Notice to Appear for theft. Stolen was a laptop charger.
March 26: Criminal Damage/Burglary: K-State police responded to a Criminal Damage to Property. Upon arrival found a broken window and door in Eisenhower Hall. Loss is reported at $1,300.
March 26: Theft Reported: Danielle E Schneider reported her wallet was stolen.
March 27: Criminal Trespass Arrest: Deloris Pearsall was arrested for Criminal Trespass.
March 27: Theft: The K-State Lacrosse Club reported the theft of a goal the loss is reported at $350.00
March 28: Theft: Benjamin J Kall reported his “Moto Fino” Moped was stolen. Loss is reported at $800.00

Thefts at Rec Complex
Over the last month there have been several thefts of financial cards from the Chester Peters Recreation center. Thieves are targeting patron’s bags and finding unsecured wallets in open locker cubes. After the thefts the credit cards are being used fraudulently.

Pedestrian Struck in Cross Walk
On March 9, 2010 a vehicle driven by Kyle D Schmid struck Andrew J Gregory while he was crossing in a cross walk in the 1200 block of Claflin Ave. Gregory was transported by EMS to Mercy Health Center with lacerations.
