October 9, 2009: A hit and run non injury accident was reported in a K-State parking lot. Minor damage was reported.
October 10, 2009: Criminal Damage to Property was reported at Bluemont Hall. The damage was to glass and the estimated loss was $100.00
October 10, 2009: Theft of Bicycle: William J Wagner reported his bicycle was stolen from West Hall. The Loss was reported ay $450.00
October 10, 2009: Theft reported: Nathan E Kohl reported that $40.00 and miscellaneous other items were taken while he was at Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Total Loss is reported at $45.00
October 11, 2009: Theft of Bicycle: Edward J Walsh reported his bicycle was stolen from Calvin Hall. The loss is estimated at $500.00

Britny M Ratzlaff 19 was arrested for DUI, Endangering a Child, Minor In possession of Alcohol and Speeding.
