March 23: Non Injury Accident: K-State Police responded to a non injury accident in a parking lot.

 

March 24: Criminal Damage to Property: Byran K Moten was issued a notice to appear for Criminal Damage to Property.

 

March 24: Theft/Criminal Deprivation of Property: Jessica R Smith was issued a Notice to Appear for theft. Stolen was a laptop charger.

 

March 26: Criminal Damage/Burglary: K-State police responded to a Criminal Damage to Property. Upon arrival found a broken window and door in Eisenhower Hall. Loss is reported at $1,300.

 

March 26: Theft Reported: Danielle E Schneider reported her wallet was stolen.

 

March 27: Criminal Trespass Arrest: Deloris Pearsall was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

 

March 27: Theft: The K-State Lacrosse Club reported the theft of a goal the loss is reported at $350.00

 

March 28: Theft: Benjamin J Kall reported his “Moto Fino” Moped was stolen. Loss is reported at $800.00

March 18: Possession of Marijuana arrest: Olufolahan A Robinson was arrested for possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia

 

March 19: Warrant Arrest: Sean W Connolly was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

 

March 21: Criminal Damage to Property: David E Odle reported damage to his vehicle. Loss was reported at $400.00

March 10: Theft from resident hall: Belema Iyo reported a laptop computer stolen: Loss is reported at $500.00

 

March 10:  Non Injury Accident was reported in a parking lot

 

 

March 11: Criminal Damage:  Moore Hall staff reported damage to a ceiling tile. Loss is reported at $8.00

 

March 11: Criminal Threat: Parking services staff reported a criminal threat. The case is still under investigation.

Thefts at Rec Complex

Over the last month there have been several thefts of financial cards from the Chester Peters Recreation center. Thieves are targeting patron’s bags and finding unsecured wallets in open locker cubes. After the thefts the credit cards are being used fraudulently.

The cases are under investigation. Anyone with information about these crimes can call the K-State Police department at 532-6412 and ask for investigations. Anonymous tips can be left on our websites “Silent Witness”    www.ksu.edu/police/silent

 

Pedestrian Struck in Cross Walk

 

On March 9, 2010 a vehicle driven by Kyle D Schmid struck Andrew J Gregory while he was crossing in a cross walk in the 1200 block of Claflin Ave. Gregory was transported by EMS to Mercy Health Center with lacerations.

Feb 27: Theft of Bicycle: Rishi Drolia reported a bicycle stolen. The loss is reported at 4199.00

 

Feb 27: Minor in Consumption: Lawrence S Kelly 19, Alexander R Grace 19.

 

Feb 27: Theft: The International Student Center reported a theft of $60.00.

 

Feb 28: DUI: Jesse A Lange 19 was arrested for DUI.

 

Feb 28: Theft: Nathan Max Linin reported his wallet and financial cards were stolen from the Rec.

 

Mar 1: Theft: Ryan Patrick Lies reported a Financial Card stolen and fraudulent charges made at various locations.

 

Mar 4: Minor in Consumption : David A  Darnall 19

 

Mar 5: K-State Police responded to a disturbance at the mail room in Jardine. Subject was reporting that persons were trying to collect mail when the mail room was closed.

 

Mar 5: DUI: Chan Zhang was arrested for DUI.

 

Mar 6: Theft: Aubrey Walden reported a Parking Permit Stolen.

 

Mar 6: DUI: Andrew M Ferguson 21 was arrested for DUI.

 

Mar 6: Minor in Possession: Stephanie C Despain 19 , Keandra  R McDanie 19, Shayla A Lambert 19.

 

Mar 6: Minor in Consumption: Marcus W McClellan 18.

 

 

Mar 7: Theft: Ethan E Nolte reported his financial cards and cash were stolen from the Rec. Loss is estimated at around $300.00

 

 

Motor Vehicle Accidents: A total of eleven non injury accidents were reported from Feb 25-March 8. Eight of them were parking lot related.

Report of thefts at the Chester Peters Rec Center

 

The K-State police Department is investigating thefts and unlawful use of financial cards the Chester Peters Rec Center. In two separate incidents, victims reported cards stolen and then used unlawfully. The cases are under investigation. The loss is under $1,000

 

Feb 24: Non Injury accident at Jardine and Denison involving a vehicle and bicycle.
